WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?
Excluding public holidays and weekends, your order is processed and shipped within 72 working hours.
Colissimo delivery times
To mainland France approximately 48 hours (2 working days)
Mondial Relay delivery times
To mainland France approximately 3 to 5 working days
To Europe by colissimo approximately 4 to 5 working days
Average delays observed.
These deadlines may be extended, our products are manufactured in an artisanal manner and in certain cases such as during holidays, sales or project launches (box, advent calendar, pre-order).
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?
Tracking your package and the different preparation stages are available in the details of your order, or via your Edition AP account or by email. If you are unable to access your tracking number, do not hesitate to let us know by email at contact@editionap.com or via the site's contact form .
CAN I DELETE OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once the order has been placed and payment validated, you have one hour to contact us so that we can make any modifications necessary for the proper preparation of your order (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. only). Once this period has expired, no modification or cancellation can be taken into account.
PAYMENTS
WHAT PAYMENT MEANS CAN I USE?
You can pay by credit card (visa, mastercard, amex), PayPal or Apple Pay.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes of course. You have 14 days from receipt of your package to make a return if your order does not suit you. However, the return costs remain your responsibility. We will reimburse you for the item(s) in question upon receipt and inspection of your return package. All returns should be sent to:

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
To return one or more items, simply send them to the address (within 14 days of receipt of your package):

CAN I DELETE MY PERSONAL DATA/MY ACCOUNT?
Since May 25, 2018, in accordance with the law concerning the General Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), the EDITION AP site has updated its confidentiality policy. You can therefore delete your account as well as all your personal data. To do this, please contact us via the contact form. Please note, this action is irreversible.
